Sliding Fee Scale Discount
Our highest priority is to provide you with culturally appropriate, high quality, and accessible health and human services regardless of your ability to pay. For this reason, we offer Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) Discounts for a variety of services.

Telehealth Services

Telehealth at Seattle Indian Health Board (SIHB) offers you more flexibility and access to many of our culturally attuned health and human services.

Insurance coverage

We accept Medicaid and all Medicaid managed care plans. We accept most Medicare D plans and many private insurances.

Medication questions

Our pharmacists are available during regular business hours to answer medication questions for SIHB patients regardless of where they fill their medications.

Filling prescriptions

Our pharmacy is a closed door pharmacy; we can only fill prescriptions written by one of our providers. If you have a prescription written by an outside provider you may fill it at an outside pharmacy or schedule an appointment to discuss it with your doctor.

Sliding fee scale

We offer discounts to American Indian/Alaska Native patients with qualifying documentation. We also offer income-based sliding fee scale discounts. Please speak to a member of our pharmacy team for more information.
