About the 2019 SpiritWalk event
Since 1995, SpiritWalk has provided an opportunity for Native people and organizations to come together to build and promote strong, healthy Native communities. The event started as a way to encourage Native youth to participate in healthy activities and grew into a community event to raise money and awareness around Native health.
This year’s walk/run will be held at the United Indians of All Tribes Foundation’s Daybreak Star Cultural Center where participants will have a walk/run course on the beautiful grounds and trails of Discovery Park.
Immediately after the walk/run, all are welcome to share food, hear stories from the community, and win prizes.
