Seattle Indian Health Board is your home for culturally attuned, gender-affirming care.
Whether you are Two-Spirit, transgender, nonbinary, or hold another identity, our providers are here to walk alongside you on your gender journey.
Gender-affirming care is not only a set of services—it’s core to the way we treat everyone who walks through our doors. When you visit our community health center, we’ll ask you for your name and pronouns to ensure that you are addressed in a way that aligns with your identity.
