Starting Dec. 7, 2021, Seattle Indian Health Board will be using a new electronic health record system to complete essential tasks like check-ins, charting, scheduling, billing, etc.  

This software upgrade will make it easier to communicate with your providers and for your providers to communicate with each other. It will also enable us to more effectively gather every piece of your health puzzle in one place so we can build you the best care plan. 

Our team is so excited to have the tools we need to serve you better, and we’ve been working very hard on making the transition to our new system as smooth as possible.  

That said, we still expect to hit bumps on the road ahead, and we’d like to request your patience as we navigate them alongside you. Rest assured, any difficulties that occur are only temporary.  

To make your next visit as smooth as possible, we recommend 

• arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time 
• bringing your ID and insurance cards with you
